On-Ear headphone budget 5-6k

I am looking for a nice on-ear cans. I am confused among the following choices
. Bose OE (comfort)
. Senheiser HD239 (sound quality)
. Skullcandy navigator (looks)
 
I cant find those on any indian eCommerce website. And are they better than HD 239 because as far as the looks goes, it's not very good. Also the pad size is somewhere in between on-ear and over ear.I will go for these only if they sound much better than HD 239.

I own 239 and sound quality is good but soundstage is small(though all on ear suffer from that).Comfort is among the best.I can easily wear these for 3-4 hrs.Is it for indoor use or outdoor??Since they are open,they cant be used outdoors.
