One domain space and 6 diff names

I have a query to ask. I want to get a 5gb web space from indian provider and 6 domains from godaddy.

- I want 5 names to redirect to 1 webspace for seperate site.

- 1 domain for my blog on same web space.

so i want to divide 5 gb into two sites. 5 names - 1 site , 2.5gb space.

1 name - blog, 2.5gb space.

how to do this? Can i add one more domain name and site to the space after all this? :S

Lat time i bought a domain, it was from vsnl along with webspace too. the cpanel was useless. in end i found it was by net4india :@

so don't have any experience of using cpanel or such.

godaddy is giving 10gb webspace for 233 per month or so with some plan. is that good? 10 GB Disk Space, 300 GB Transfer, 100 email accounts, 10 MySQL databases (included). i think i saw better hosting plans in other thread. all this is so confusing :ashamed:

also how to remove the recurring option in shopping cart? it is coming by default. :huh:
 
DON'T GO WITH GODADDY HOSTING :@ - Believe me. I would strongly recommend you HostGator Baby Plan. Use latest coupon code HOUSTON or MOTOR for highest available discount

You can 301 redirect your 5 Domains to one Website either using .htaccess or using the inbuilt Redirection tool in the cPanel :clap:

Also you cannot divide web spaces. All you need is to use Addon Domains Option in Control Panel :)
 
An addon domain allows you to reach a sub-domain when entering the name of the addon domain into a browser. This means that you can host additional domains from your account, if allowed by your hosting provider

from a demo cpanel. actually i want the user to get redirected to only one site if they enter any of the 5 domain names.

First add all the 5 domains using Addon Domains. Now go for Redirects Option in cPanel and set Permanent 301 redirection for the 5 domains you want to redirect:

Also you can redirect all the 5 domains using .htaccess
 
I dont have international cc at present. any other option than hostgator where i can use indian cc? or should i get space with indian host listed in the indian web hosts thread?

But before purchasing hosting (from anyone), clearly ask them "Will you allow 5 or more Addon Domains with this plan? (the plan you want)"

Yes, we allow unlimited domain hosting with all plans.
 
One question: Why only Indian webhosts? Is it because that your bank doesn't allow you to pay in USD?
