I installed win7 ultimate and after that one of partition is not showing in My Computer. Earlier i have 3 partitions C: 100GB, D: 350 GB and F: 25 GB now only C and D partitions are shown under My Computer.

I can see my all of 3 partitions in Manage > Disk management.

so can you guys help me out to restore my Partition as this partition is dedicated to all my pics and very much important for me.

1) in disk management... rightclick on the Partions that is missing in my computer.

2) select 'Change Drive Letter and Paths'

3)Click 'Add'

select whatever available letter that you desire for the drive.

In case your CD drive(or any other drive) has already taken the letter you desire... follow step 1 and 2 for cd drive...

3) Click 'Change'

Select whatever letter you desire for CD drive

4)OK

go back to old drive and assign your desired letter...

done!!
 
Do as madnav said, but if somehow nothing works and you aren't able to access/recover your partition then first recover your files, recover the partition later.
Use Recuva > Recuva - Undelete, Unerase, File Recovery - Home

The reason I'm telling you to recover the files first is because this app will recover any file which hasn't been overwritten even though you've lost you're partition.
But if you try recovring you're partition first and are unsuccesful you mind end up overwriting some or all files.
