I own this and its really "Great" for movies. Its not good for Music. If your Movies:Music preference is 70:30 then you wont be disappointed.

As for the features and the setup other tit bits its got 4 HDMi inputs so good for all your digital needs. Its got HDMi pass through so even if your HTiB is off as in standby you can still pass through the signal to TV and use it. It wont pass through Analog sinal over HDMi cable so if you are planning to send your source sigmal over analog or composite you will have to put another output cable from your HTiB to TV. It gets fairly hot even on standby so you will need to put this into a quite ventilated cabinet/unit. What else... Yes its will do as in decode all the latest Audio formats as in the DTS-HD and Doulby HD also known as True-HD so if you got that shiny new Blueray player or a PS3 you are in for a treat. So yes for 24K odd its a great buy and I bought mine for exactly same amount. Just keep in mind you will have a to invest for some quality speaker cabling and a rubber mat for the sub as its quite light and vibrates a lot.
