I've been searching for a while regarding the same too. I don't think there is a PC related website that accepts Paypal, mostly because most of the rules of Paypal may not be applicable in India at least for now and those website do not want to take risk with high cost associated with PC spares.

Outside PC segment, yes, a less-popular online bookstore infibeam accepts Paypal. Infibeam also deals with PC spares, but I'm not sure, if they accept Paypal for all transactions.

Hope this scenario changes soon.
