Storage Solutions (Only one) MicroSD card is not detected by the card reader (and computer as well)

I have a very weird problem..

I have two MicroSD cards, one is 512 MB and other is 1GB

The problem is that 1GB card is being detected by the card reader. When I put the card reader in usb port along with the 1 GB card, my computer won't even recognise the card reader. I tried device manager, partition managing softwares, Diskpart command but no luck.

I guess the card reader and my computer is fine as the 512 Mb card is detected and is working normally.

Any solutions?

^^ You mean that the 1GB is NOT recognized by the computer, right?

Well, the 1GB is dead and gone. AS the 512MB card is working properly, the card reader and your PC are fine.

After trying whatever I can the card is still not workingg. I think it's dead as well ...
