Open folder/location got disabled in download save dialog box of WIN7 - plz help

hello guys, recently the OPEN FOLDER functionality got corrupted in the file save dialog box of Windows 7. Nothing happens if i press the button. Please help. I wanted to restore win 7 to previous state but unfortunately i had disabled system restore to get rid of a spyware sometome back and forgot to turn it on.

SO plz help guys. I dont want to end up re-installing windows 7 as its very painful since i have to re-install a lot of software if i do so...

Already ran BD AV, hijack this, unhack me but the results are normal....

PLz help...
 
I think it's due to some infection not that your Win 7 has corrupted. I'd say use any good AV and update it and scan your whole PC. If your PC is heavily infected AV won't work, in that case you can also try scanning your PC with online scanners (If you are on Unlimited Plan)
