"open with" box appears upon clicking "open folder" under download completed box

In Windows 7 when i click open folder button under the download completed dialog box, i am getting message that the program doesnt have any association. What should i do ?. I think this is a spyware.

EVEn in XP i got the same problem and it was more worse. I am not even able to open folders from RUN box. However i fixed it by using the folder options ? file types feature.

I know that through default programs in WIN 7 i can do this, but i cant find anything called folder under this unlike XP. PLz guide me ...

WTF !!!. Are you serious ?. Why should i remove the fie and click the open folder button mate ?. The purpose of clicking the button itself is to go to the location in order to move it to a different location...

Morever i am not able to open any folder from the RUN dialog box cuz i get the same OPEN WITH dialog box here too. I suspect this to be a spyware. i tested with bitdefender total security but it shows all is fine...

I am experiencing this strange behaviour in XP.

Guys plz help me...
