My wireless router is configured to get DNS resolved via OpenDNS. I was able to access TPB half an hour back but not now. This is the message I got :

Sad thing ! Any alternate to OpenDNS :P

Its because someone who was assigned your ip address blocked it, to fix this issue you have to create an account on opendns and change some settings.

did not have time to do all that, so I moved to Google's DNS

Eh? I'm on OpenDNS and I still can access all P2P sites including TBP and ISOHunt. I don't think it's OpenDNS that's blocking your sites.

Thanks guys, everything is normal now.

In the morning when I received the error I had shifted to the default DNS of my ISP and the blocked P2P sites like piratebay and newtorrents etc started opening. So I 'assumed' OpenDNS to be the culprit. And honestly the error message (pic in post #1) looked quite intimidating :P

Now after reading your replies, I reverted back to OpenDNS, just to check and p2p sites were opening fine.

Perhaps its due to what Hacker has explained above.

Will also keep google dns in mind :)
