OpenDNS issue

Hi!
Who or what is this openDNS? I never recall having to do anything with it. Its blocking every file sharing site/torrent site I try to access. How do I get rid of it?

change your DNS address to one given by your ISP.

It switched back to normal again. Dunno what happened. Weird

^^^^ OpenDNS has this $hit database, where you can lock up the settings of your IP.

And when IP changes, and some other user get it, he will be in deep $hit.

Because of Dynamic IP.

Use your ISP DNS servers as primary dns and use opendns only as secondary dns.Also uninstall OpenDNS application if you installed accidentally .

OpenDNS never caused me any problem in the 5 months that I am using it.

The BSNL technician who came to configure the modem after I took the broadband connection input the addresses of the OpenDNS servers only as primary and secondary servers. He never gave me the address of the BSNL DNS server.

Does anybody have the address of the BSNL DNS server? ? ?
