6 the most important thing i would like to ask is which place will be good to buy all the consoles ,, gaming pc's and game parlor materials

please reply me as soon as possible

thanks

Budget - 1L at the very least.
PC config - Would suggest Pentium G2010 w/ H61 + 4GB RAM + 500GB HDD + 7750 GPU. Each machine must have a licensed version of each game and OS.
Ensure that you use a good router which can handle the multiple connections, put dd-wrt on it and block all P2P protocols. Get a good internet line with low pings + get a backup later on. However, note that if you have internet - you may need to make a record of all visitors with image capture. Good lighting and some soft drinks will be a plus.
Consoles - X360 is more preferred. XONE is going to take sometime to come.

ok how much this each pc will begoing to cost me and you didn't mentioned about playstation 2 and playstation 3 and xbox 360 that how many consoles i have to buy for each of them andwhich lcd size and company will be good and how much area will required to setup all these gaming machines and gaming devices

Piracy not allowed on the forum
so krishnan if i run hardisk enabled ps2 and ps3 than also i will be requiring game licence or pirated games will be good enough because it is hindustan , licence ka yahan kya kaam, kyun kyabolte ho sir

The name is vivek. And it would be better to have license as when it comes to business - the BSA and MS have a 'dubious' partnership of 'raiding' you place and confisticating the stuff there. Else - payup for a license and the equivalent fine - basically blackmail & ransom. Cant say the same for Sony - but they wont be too far off.

Blackmail and ransom? A company asking you to pay the license fee and a fine for it's illegal use is called blackmail and ransom? Or are you referring to something else here?

2/3 XBox 360s, a couple of months old but within warranty would be for 10k-12k odd each. Add to that LCD screens for 10k odd each, and cables, and hi-speed Internet connection. But for online play you have to shell out 2.5k per XBox per year. As for games, you can pick up multiple copies of pre-owned ones for cheap. This is something that you can start off within 1 lac I guess. I feel consoles are less maintenance than PCs/laptops when it comes to gaming. No other licensing overheads apart from games. If you are only focusing on gaming, then consoles make sense.

I agree to the recommendation of AsidXxx. If u are going consoles ... it will be a lot cheaper. PC's will have to be ones with atleast mid -level graphics. So will cost you upwards of 50k/PC.
A min of 10 console/pc will be preferable. Will make it easy for you to host multi-player games much easily in this way.
And ofc, all the titles will be available in the market, on 2nd hand usage. So will be cheaper, and u can add a lot many games to you collection to attract a bigger customer base.

I was referring to the way they do it - and if you look up the same for their actions in other countries - you will find your answers.
