It's Ctrl Shift T. Unless you have changed it to Ctrl Z

I haven't checked anything. ctrl+z is default shortcut for undo, so closing a tab, pressing ctrl+z, open it i.e. undo

Yup. Same error here. Seems to be a glitch with AVGs service.

There is a icon on the right side of Opera near the minimize tab which when clicked restores the closed tabs.
