Laptops Opinion needed on Toshiba M300 - D4311

Hey guys

need your opinion on the following laptop from Toshiba:-

Toshiba Satellite M300 D4311...
I need to buy it for someone.... Personal use... configuration looks pretty good to me (especially the extended warranty)...

I'm getting it for 48k, inclusive of the extra warranty + carry bag....

I'm basically looking for opinions on Toshiba's build quality / performance and after sales service... If the after sales is no good, then 3 years of warranty make no sense :D
Any other options you might suggest for a similar config?

this one seems to be pretty decent for 48k

but not sure abt after sales service of toshiba!

but i think that it wud be good equivalent to dell if not more.

it's certainly not a good deal.

If gaming is not at all required, you can opt for

Integrated Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD (reduce 4.5k)

remove 1yr complete cover

and go for 3 Yrs Ltd Hardware Warranty, InHome Service after Remote Diagnosis for extra 6k

Build Quality is Excellent, since few year back, they are the leader in Notebook and use to sale higher price than IBM Thinkpad.

The utility which comes with the notebook are excellent.
After Sales Service is not Bad Provided if u take to RT Service instead of TVSE or HCL.
