Android Opinions on the 2 upcoming phones- BB Z3 and Asus Zenphone (s)

I think the two hottest upcoming phones for us (Indians) that will be launched in a few days from now are the Blackberry Z2 and Asus Zenphones Series. Lemme just do a quick check on their specs and I got a few questions for each. Please feel free to voice your opinions.
Blackberry Z3:
  • Snapdragon 400 Soc Dual-core 1.2 GHz Krait 200 - How does this fair against the Soc on Moto G?
    MSM8230vs MSM8226
  • 1.5GB RAM - Not many phones come with RAM higher than 1GB below 20k price point
  • 5-inch qHD (960x540) - not sure how sharp qHD looks on 5-inch
  • OS Interface and Android App support - Those who own current BB generations need to give input on these
Asus Zenphone 5 (I found this most interesting among the zenphones)
  • 5-inch and 720p screen - I think this res is good enough for 5-inch phones
  • Intel Atom Z2580/ Z2560 - Is this good enough for multitasking and how battery friendly is it?
  • 2GB RAM - yeah!!
  • Camera seems to be very good from some sites reviews
  • Heating problem seems to be quite common
