Oracle 9i for 64 bit vista

hey guys
i need a oracle dba 9i for windows vista 64 bit
my frnd just downloaded Oracle9i Database Release 2 Enterprise/Standard/Personal/Client Edition
for Windows XP 2003/Windows Server 2003 (64-bit) from Oracle9i Database Downloads
but it doesnt work on my pc.
i need it urgently since have to give exams.
so please help from where should i get oracle 9i DBA for 64 bit vista ???

Oracle 9i is not Vista certified. Get 10gR2 or 11gR1 Edition

yeah but as i am doing Oracle DBA cousre .. our mam said the PT module Of oracle 9i doesnt work on later versions. she meant those versions have diffrent architecture. Funda 1 ,2 and PT all depends upon Oracle architecture. so according to her funda 1 +2+PT of 9i not gonna work on later versions. Is she right ?? what should i do ???

err there aren't "groundbreaking" changes. Whatever you do on 9i will work on 10g.

install VMWare Workstation and install Windows Server 2003 and Oracle 9i in VM and u r good to go

Thats wierd coz 99% things shud work just fine, and 10g+ having its own benefits .. just completed my Oracle course and i'd definitely suggest to not use 9i nemore ..
