ORIGINAL INTEL 865GBF + 1 MB CACHE P4 2.4 Ghz

i want to sell intel 865 GBF original brought 6 months back, 18 months warranty remaining and also P4 original box pack 2.4 Ghz 478 pin 1 Mb cache which i brought 1 yr back, 2 yr warranty remaining.....

I am expecting 7500 as the both are under warranties ...... the reason for selling is that i am shifting gear to amd as i like their hyper cooling technologies.....

I believe its the form factor.
afaik GVHZ = micro atx
GBF = atx.
ut better set off with the gbf
micro atx less features like only 2 memory slots whereas in gbf there r 4.
