Orkut opening prob?

HI frnds..
last night i just entered orkut URL in IE7 and got weird prb.. as soon i entered the URL in address bar.A monster laugh came up.. n my orkut didnt opened.. i deleted cookies,temp files in tools->internet options...wht the prob could be.. is tht cz of any virus?or wht?

When you say 'orkut didnt opened' does it imply..

1. you are unable to log in but can see the login page.

OR

2. you CANNOT see/access any part of orkut domain et al.

which one of these?

laughing monster image on screen or u heard the monster laugh through pc speakers? if its the latter there's a ghost in ur pc who doesn't like orkut :P
 
ie 7 was attack by virus/hacker too i check long back

so open firefox or opera or some browse safely :P
