hey guys,

one of my friends joined orkut last week and we want to scrap each other without being friends on orkut

this was possible only when he selected the option "everyone" under write in my scrapbookbut this option wasn't available in his profile but it was present in mine's!

what is this?

and

i don't know why his id is asked whenever someone tries to become a friend of his?

Because He might have selected that a Person should enter his Email Address before he/she can add him as a friend

Ask him to Deselect that option
