Over 50% of rar downloads corrupted

Guys I am having some problem with my connection. During this month, I have downloaded over 25GB out of which 12GB has come out corrupted. Really frustrated with it as I have 30GB FUP and I have wasted around 50% of it redownloading. Any ideas why this is happening?
 
How are you downloading torrents ? http if torrents then hash check your downloads
 
This is quite common in downloads. For example Microsoft. You rarely get a non-Corrupted file from Microsoft. Especially Operating systems. Torrent download is the only way of getting Files which are not corrupted.
 
corrupted files are common specially coming from these kind of source. I find torrent way better than other source.
 
This used to sometimes happen when I was downloading through Fileserve and Megaupload. Hence, at times, I used to hesitate in getting those 1 or 2GB links and just got for the smaller ones. Not a single corrupted rar file, since I moved to Torrents, despite numerous power failures and abrupt program closures.
 
Its because torrents have best checksum for filew so even if file is corrupted you can repair it by doing a force check download the corrupted file parts
