Graphic Cards Overclocking 5850 - need advice...

i used
AMD Overclock tool to set the max mem and core clocks
MSI After burner to set the voltage, mem and core clocks and monitor them...

Following are the current settings i have...
Core Clock: 850
Mem Clock: 1250
Core V: 1.1V

currently this settings are stable and i tested this using Furmark...

I heard and read that 5850 can go upto 1ghz core clocks with lil volt tweak...
need advice bros...
 
I suggest you not to play with voltages on GPU. They have to be done in a professional way and only to be done when there is adequate cooling.

Frankly speaking, with the hw that you have, I don't see any reason to change clocks on your GPU. Enjoy the way that it is as a bad voltage tweak can seriously mess up the card beyond repair and warranty. Be satisfied with CPU/mem overclock as they are safe and at the max, PC will hang in case of overload.
