Can you post a screen which shows the core temp for all cores,IINM this screen only shows the motherboard sensor readings.You could try using CPU HWMonitor.Anyway the recommended load temperature for everyday use is < 55C.So try to keep it that region.60-70C is the danger zone.

Pls also tell me which are the temp. I should keep my eyes on of the above snap and how much underclocking the ram would be fine.

No one can tell you how exactly much overclocking will be ok.You have to overclock for yourself to find out

Start by simply increasing reference clock in small increments.When you encounter a problem it can be due to failure of your RAM,NB or CPU,at this point you will either have to increase the voltage or reduce the clock speed of the failing component...that's the gist of how to overclock.Just read up and start overclocking,pay attention to temperatures and voltages.
