I am trying to OC my rig A64 3000+ (754) on the pathetic ASUS k8v-x m/b.
I am attaching the benchmark of the stock and the OCed. The Stock is the default one and the "new" is the one after OCed. The only problem I face is that my total memory bandwidth is reduced. I want to retain around these speeds but have mimimum of same mem bandwidth before OC.
I have used 233 FSB and 600Mhz Htt so its 233*3*2=1398
The processor is 233*10 = 2.33ghz
Using the memory divider 5:3 at 333Mhz
Can anyone suggest some better OC to get the bandwidth of Stock system? If i push the FSB any higher at 235 it is unstable. I dont want to increase my vcore as its already hot here and in Xvid encoding it touches 53 degrees.
