Overpriced Bill for BSNL Dataone

i opted for changing my plan from home 250 to home500 in may ..which got delayed and the plan actually got changed in 26th June [check http://www.techenclave.com/forums/w...lan-changed-73373-post415125.html#post415125]

NOW,

in the last week of September ,i got the bil for june and i found it that the morons have charged me for the 2-8 pm use and its like ~Rs.6000 bill .. :@

I was busy at that time regadring some projects and couldnt find time to go to their office then there were durga pujo and all .. but after durga pujo they disabled my outgoing,incoming and my broadband account :@ .

now i am not going to pay them this huge bill anyway ..so what are my options ??

nowadays too busy to go and talk to different *babus* at the bsnl office.best option seems to me is that i wont pay a single paisa and surrender the phone cause i dont want to go and dont have time to go for the CC jhamelas :no:

any suggestions guys :huh:
 
just go to their office and say there is a mistake in the billing and that they ahve charged you for free usage.when i got my 500 plan, they charged me for the 2~8 downloads for first month and i got a 13K bill.. just went and said so, and they printed me a new bill for 540 rs ..:D
 
yeah dood. happened with me too... dunno man why mtnl and bsnl couldnt get thier act in place together. i mean now mtnl mumbai doesnt have any billing problems.. which plagued its service initially...but bsnl still has these billing problems.. which is sad... if only they could solve thier problems together.. they'd be better at providing service..!! :(

and yeah problem i had was that i was put on tribAA though i had applied for night plan.. thank god i chked it 2 days from the day i got the connection installed... but ya getting them to change the plan was a pain..which they did initally and yeah the bill they sent me was correct... so well escaped..but my friend was unlucky. 25000 was his bill for a month.. worse was he didnt even download 5000 worth of stuff(1.2 bucks per mb)!! sheesh..
