My second oral-b brush broke. This is the voucher they sent, as it was in warranty. Selling it again.

Applicable at https://pgshop.in/ .It's a parent company of oral B, ariel, pantene, gillete etc.

The voucher is one time use. So to make it fully worth, buy items costing 4200 or more.

Can't club 2 codes at the same time.

Tell your brush isn't working to +91 7314718350 on WhatsApp. You'll be connected with an agent. Follow the steps. Occasionally, you don't receive a response for hours, but there's not much else to do. So it's easy.

Same thing happened with me. Made in whatever, just doesn’t work. Though it was the base which failed everytime. I bet it is the same in your case too.

In my case brushes failed. Bases have remained fine. I wasn't able to use them longer than half a year.

Also, like tons of electronic items, they come with European pin instead of Indian. European pins fit very loosely in Indian sockets. I'll suggest you to check if the chargers pins are making proper contact inside Indian sockets. Loose pins will accumulate carbon thanks to sparking. And that could block it from making a proper contact.

Looks like I haven't got a bro here @mods close the thread. I used the coupon myself to buy the same brush again. Real reason: my offer didn't make any sense considering PGshop has a 20% discount going on already.

My journey started with 1.1k
Used that to buy vitality 100 brush in a sale.
It broke in 6 month.
PG gave me a coupon for 3400 which I flipped here for 2400
Then, bought oral b pro 3 for 1.8k on Amazon in another sale.
It broke in 20 days.
PGshop gave me a coupon of 4.2k, which is what I was trying to flip here.
Bought the same brush today, which now costs 4.2k.

It looks like a mere Rs. 500 has given me an infinite supply of electric toothbrushes.
