I think a separate page describing how user tiles, promotions, upgrades an their privileges work would be helpful for new users to understand better. I had trouble with this; even only now when I'm here to post this feedback do I learn what titles like skilled, adept, etc even mean. It is simply not intuitive for a new user to look for this info under Feedback Corner. So, for your consideration, places like - a separate tab in Help, Forum Rules section, or a promptly updated thread like the "Welcome to TechEnclave" [link] sounds intuitive to me.
