I am sprucing up my old desktop and it has 2 ram slots. Theres is a transcend DDR2 2GB stick in one slot . I am looking for a similar one online to pair it with. I found one that seems compatible. Can you guys tell me if this will pair well with what i already have ?

I am especially confused about the CAS Latency . It says CAS Latency 3,4,5 in the specs of that page. Can a RAM stick have multiple CAS latencies?

The motherboard manual says that it is compatible with DDR2 Rams, clock speed 667 MHZ, CAS latency 5-5-5 ONLY
