PC Peripherals Panasonic RP-HT161 Headphones Question

I was looking for a Philips SHP2500 headphones but having a hard time finding one in Kolkata so far. I came across the Panasonic RP-HT161 headphones today. Can someone tell me if these headphones are any good? They are priced at Rs.600/-

Panasonic overall aint good in audio.. id stick to the Philips but best hear and convince yourself..

Actually I'm using a pair of Sony headphones now but they aren't the expensive ones so planning to upgrade. I'll give Philips Arena a call today and find out the prices. I'm looking at Philips SHP8500.
