PC Peripherals Panel for a designer (preferably a laptop)

My sis is a textile designer, and lately she has been complaining a lot that colors on the screen are not matching upto the actual product, so my question is there any laptop with a good color reproduction screen (I suppose it will be one of the IPS panels). If not which is the cheapest monitor I can get with a good panel (smaller size is not an issue, and would like to avoid CRT's).
 
^^ All those are TN panels, I have the Samsung P2350 myself, although its good for movies/games its not suitable for professional color reproduction purpose.
 
^^ Hmm have heard its better as compared to the TN panels, but how do they fare against S-IPS panels?

Zhopy amazing link!! thanks for the heads up. Do you get Eizo monitors in India, if yes then at what prices?

Anubis: Input lag is not my concern, but thanks for the link the color gamut, and color reproduction test across monitors will be handy :)
