Parcel Stuck in Custom, What to do ???

I have ordered a player from MP4 Nation with EMS shipping so that i can track the same. Now the status shows the following

Posting Date Posting Time Drop-off Point 
5-Feb-2010 16:51 King's Road Post Office 

Date # Location Delivery Status 
5-Feb-2010 Hong Kong Item posted and is being processed. 
5-Feb-2010 Hong Kong Processed for departure. 
6-Feb-2010 Hong Kong The item left Hong Kong for its destination on 6-Feb-2010 
7-Feb-2010 India Arrived and is being processed. 
7-Feb-2010 India Pending customs inspection.

Its been with the customs for inspection from 7th of feb and today is 13th, kind of worried knowing how indian custom ppl handle stuff.

Can any one tell what can i do to speed up things or is it normal for parcel to get cleared from customs...

Oh its normal dont worry. Mp4nation always undervalues the items and hence no duties will be charged. If there is any issue the customs dept will send you a notice.

If you cant wait,you can go to your local fpo and give them the tracking number.They will evaluate you product on the spot and you can take the item home.Keep in mind that the entire process takes alot of time thanks to those babus.I had a complete experience when my iphone was detained.

wait for sometime, a friend of mine just ordered laptop from USA & it came to INDIA in 3 days but it was in customs for next 7 days or so, we were wondering & panicking everyday but one fine day there was a call & the item was delivered safe & sound.

so one word for u - R E L A X !!!!!
