Block the whole website, because there is Hate content related to India?
How many times the Courts have to tell DOT to Block Specific pages? I can safely confirm https Sites are working here.
 
confirming that the sites have been blocked by Vodafone, BSNL and Hathway, among others.

Github uses HTTPS by default. Certain websites like Dailymotion still working over https. Pastebin not working even over https.

In any case, this is so stupid. Who are they trying to stop with this and from doing what? Use Hola extension and this obstacle is overcome. Better still, if you are using Tor Browser, you won't even come to know that any sites were blocked.
