hi all, last month my brother bought lenovo y500 from US was very happy with the performance but the excitement was short lived the lappy suddenly stopped charging one day, fortunately it has international warranty called lenovo and raised a ticket.They checked the lappy and said the mobo has gone kaput have to wait till mid-june to get replacement as they dont have y500's mobo in stock.Can anyone help me to escalate issue so that the replacement is done a bit sooner.
