pay consultant for a JOB ?

Need a job as no hike given and company in bad position. am willing to pay like 5k to any consultant etc who can get me a good job. is it a good idea ? any leads ?
 
You don't need to pay consultants anything. They are paid by the company that they help you join. They usually get the equivalent of your 1 month's salary as fees.

As for finding consultants, make a CV and upload it on Naukri. Consultants will reach out to you themselves. Good luck!
