If you made the mobikwik account using facebook, then good, else you will need to make a new one.
Now, once done, ensure that you log into your account, then click on My Account page. Scroll down, there will be an option called

I'm getting this error.
This is what I did:
1) Created Crazeal Account using Facebook (email id: x@gmail.com)
2) Created Mobikwik Account using the same email id x@gmail.com (not using facebook).
Things like name and DOB are not present.

Do not try any other methods as they may not work.
Also, do this in IE, had some issues in chrome.

Wow!! Got it after lot of effort.
Had to make another email account, then change the primary email to the new one.
Then also it won't get registered, since the phone number was in use (by my previous account).
So had to give other cell no and register.
Then add my cell no as the 2ndary cell and recharge.
Phew!!
