Send an SMS as "INTL" to 5676766 from your mobile no. that is registered with your bank.
It may take upto 4-5 days to activate international usage.

You will get an reply for Question 1 as it has been transferred to another authority.
Avoid asking long questions like Q3 rather keep it one liner, they wouldn't understand anything.

RBI Removes 2 Factor Authentication For Transactions Under Rs. 2000

RBI has come out with a circular announcing that they have now removed requirement of Additional Factor of Authentication for small value card present transactions. However, RBI has also stated that 2FA will not be required only if the card can offer contactless card payments that uses NFC technology!
