Paypal Problems

Hi ,

I have always used my Paypal account along with my credit card to buy/extend my account at popular file hosting site. It does not work when I am trying it now and I'm wondering what the problem could be..

My card is Verified By Visa and has also been authenticated by Paypal.

Any help would be appreciated !

U might have to change PayPal foreign currency conversion and let PayPal charge in USD directly so your credit card bank will handle foreign currency conversion and will charge u some extra rupees as saperate transaction
