Paytm bad experience. Selling 300rs stuff fr 500

Got it today and when I picked it up felt lighter. So I made a unboxing video as proof. As I was fearing wrong product i got and the product I got had mrp of 299 written while I paid 511. Have clicked return. Lets see when I get my cash back.

Wasn't there any cashback associated with the product.?
Also weren't you aware of the normal pricing for the product from other probable sites like Amazon or Snapdeal?

cashback also like 60 rs around. i still paid 460approx and refund still delayed even though they picked up shipment on monday itself. it was only listed on paytm so i bought.
