PC based application for Text Messaging

Guys I need help regarding PC based text messaging solution for one of my friends company. We have tried websites like Way2SMS but we have observed that few messages were not delivered to concern person. Some people ignored or blocked such messages from their handset if we sent it from way2sms. It is very difficult to type long messages on phone using tiny keyboard hence it will be easier to send from PC.

I am looking for robust solution for text messaging. Message will be sent to locally (India) as well as International. Message delievery must be 100% as these text contains important business message. We are ready to pay for such software/Application. We have searched online but couldnt find proved solution.
Please can someone suggest such applcation for me.

you want a PC based solution just because:
1) it's easier to use full size keyboard and display
or
2) you want to utilize bulk SMS facility? and not expecting replies?
 
1) Yes thats one of the reason. The users needs to send short message to particular stake holders to update them on status as one of the communication method during out of office hours. They needs to send message within 15 min to around 10 person. It is very difficult for them to maintain these timelines.

2) No they dont need to send bulk SMS. They may send max 10 to 15 SMS at a time and destination numbers might be international as well as Indian.
 
if you don't want to register a new phone number as a telemarketer then the easiest option would be to use a dedicated android phone to send SMSs from PC.

- recipients won't ignore the messages and may save the number
- less chances of messages getting bounced. i believe service providers keep on retrying for some period.
- you may get message delivery failure notification. not sure about web-based solutions (such as way2sms).

there are plenty of such apps available.

i used to heavily rely on MyMobiler couple of years ago, for SMS, emails and calls. it mimics the phone screen on PC and lets you use the keyboard and mouse for phone functions. i guess you need something similar for making things easier for you/your staff.
