Hi Everyone
Please suggest all component mention below for basic pc
currently not using GPU because out budget
But in future i will upgrade it
So suggest that these component are fisible for basic buld

  1. CPU = "Intel Core I5 12400F 12 Gen Generation Desktop Pc Processor 6, CPU with 18Mb Cache and Up to 4.40 Ghz Clock Speed Ddr5 and Ddr4 Ram Support Lga 1700 Socket, Micro ATX"
  2. Motherboard ="MSI PRO H610M-E DDR4 Motherboard, Micro-ATX - Supports Intel 12th Gen Core Processors, LGA 1700-2 x DIMMs (3200MHz), 1x PCIe 4.0 x16 Slot, 1 x M.2 Gen3, USB 3.2 Gen1, 1G LAN, HDMI 1.4 & VGA"
  3. RAM = "Crucial RAM 16GB DDR4 3200 MHz CL22 Desktop Memory CT16G4DFRA32A"
  4. Storage ="WD Green™ SN350 PCIe Gen 3 NVMe™ SSD, 500GB"
  5. Power supply ="Cooler Master MWE 550 Bronze V2 Power Supply - Non-Modular | 80 Plus Bronze Certified | 120mm HDB Fan | DC-to-DC Circuit Design | ATX 2.52 Version | 550 Watt"
  6. CPU coolr = "Ant Esports ICE-C200 V2 CPU Cooler/CPU Fan with Rainbow LED Fan | Support - Intel : LGA1700 / 115X / 1200/1366 x 775 & AMD : AM5, AM4, AM3+, AM3, AM2+, FM2, FM1"
  7. Cabinet ="ZEBRONICS TACHI Mid-Tower Premium Gaming Cabinet, ATX/M-ATX/M-ITX, 1 x 120 mm RGB Inner Glow Rear Fan, LED Strip with Control Switch, Tempered Glass Side Panel, USB 3.0, USB 2.0"

You cannot get display out using motherboard on an intel "F" CPU. If you have an old GPU to get display then fine otherwise get the non-F CPU.
For motherboard I'd suggest going for Asus H610M-E D4 because it's probably cheaper and has 2x nvme slots.
RAM maybe you can find a bit faster (C16 or C18) than CL22. Won't be a huge deal if not.
Don't buy that shitty CPU cooler, stock cooler is fine for 12400F.
Cabinet is personal choice.

Buy PSU according to your future upgrade plan for GPU. Any midrange GPU will need 650W PSU minimum recommended, high end will need 750W+

in addition, you could go for a 8GBx2 kit rather than a single 16GB ram stick.

What is your use case for this one?

Since you said tight budget and haven't mentioned a specific amount, here's what I suggest:

- First decide if you need the performance of the 12400 or if something lower would be ok.
- - I have a 10100F and it's much lower than the 12400F performance. But, it's perfectly capable of browsing/movies/document work/etc., as well as playing some 2015ish games, paired with a GTX 970.
- The non F intel processors are significantly more expensive than the F ones, for no performance gain. 12400 non F is 25% more I think.
- Look into a Ryzen 3200G (6k) or 4300G (8k) or 5600G (12k), depending on how much you want to spend on a processor. This gives you display output as well.

Benchmark comparison link https://www.cpubenchmark.net/compar...00G-vs-AMD-Ryzen-3-4300G-vs-AMD-Ryzen-5-5600G

- That Crucial is very slow RAM. Try to get CL16 or CL18 if the difference is not too much.
- You shouldn't really need a third-party cooler with any of these processors. Even if you want one, I'd never recommend Ant.

Just plugged in OP's configuration in PCPriceTracker - Comes up to 33K give or take (I plugged in the closest Zebronics case that is available and in the same price range)

I think you can do a whole lot better at this price point with a Ryzen APU system. I even took the liberty of tossing in a better cooler (again, you can get away with the included stock cooler at no extra cost) and a case with better airflow than the Zebronics (again, cases are personal preference - So you choose what works for you). One thing I should mention - this build is pretty much zero RGB - I do not believe the Motherboard even has a header to support RGB control via motherboard. So if that is a factor, OP needs to revisit Motherboard and peripheral choices.

My budget is around 30k to 40k

Just want to do basic programming

Good build but no need for a Cpu cooler for this processor. Can save more by buying 550w instead of 650w as there is no need for more than that unless OP opts for 6700xt or 3070 in future.

Plus, better buy Deepcool Matrexx 40 3fs cabinet than the suggested one.

is this the best budget cabinet? any other you recommend?
I use Silverstone Fara H1M Pro, it's pretty good. Good airflow, dust filters, build quality. HDD cage is a tight fit but it works.

Non Pro version https://www.theitdepot.com/details-...+Black+Steel+Panel+(SST-FAH1MB)_C5P35887.html
Pro version https://www.theitdepot.com/details-...ghting+-+Black+(SST-FAH1MB-PRO)_C5P35647.html

I forget what the difference is but you can look it up on their site I guess. There's a lot more Silverstone cases available too.

[Western Digital Blue SN570
SN570 has been discontinued & replaced by SN580 btw.

Two major cons for me are, pre-installed fans are not pwm & the back panel pcie slots are breakaway (once you break them they can't be put back unlike screw & unscrew type replaceable pcie slots).
