@sorceror this is better although a lot of the components you have mentioned are simply not available in India.

Next an over-clocking capable RIG will be much more expensive, here goes --

Non over-clockable RIG --
Intel Core i5 3450 ~12000/-
GIGABYTE-B75M-D3H ~4500/-
Corsair Vengeance 4GB x2 1600MHz ~3200/-
AMD HD7870 2GB ~19500/-
HP / SAMSUNG / LG optical drive ~1000/-
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB ~4500/-
Seasonic S12II 520W ~4500/-
Corsair Carbide 400R ~5500/-
LOGITECH G300 / G400 ~1500/-
LOGITECH K200 ~450/-
DeLL ST2220L ~8500/-
APC BR650VA-IN ~2600/-

For an over-clockable RIG, put these components --
Intel Core i5 3570k ~15500/-
ASUS P8Z77-V PRO ~16000/-
G.Skill RIPJAWS 4GB x2 1600MHz ~3200/-
Corsair TX v2650W ~5800/-
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO ~2500/- OR Noctua NH-U12P SE2 ~4200/-
APC BR1100VA-IN ~5000/-

Even the Non-Ocing rig is going way above 55k,For OP HD7850 would be good enough since he's going to game @1440X resolution.

He does not have a monitor, are you asking me to suggest a 4:3 ratio monitor with that RIG?

Even if the HD7850 is available OP does not want to upgrade later and for that reason I am asking him to gun for the HD7870.

I said HD7870 will blow the budget,If HD7850 can do the job little compromise in graphics is better than compromising other things. Also if Seasonic 520W is 4.5k then it's better to add some bucks and get Corsair TX650V2-5.2k OP will get and extra 130W and better PSU.

Where are you getting it at that price, did not see that cheap on street (Nehru Place, Delhi). Online pricing you know better.

You mentioned the resolution, my rebuttal was OP does not have a monitor.

Let them decide what is good to go.

Even if you get it for 5.4k extra 900 bucks for 130W and Corsair A.S.S seems to be better deal.Which GPU to choose is up to OP,I was trying to help OP by cutting prices a little.

Where will you order it from and are you sure on the pricing (source)?

Few points
  • The Core i3 3220 cannot be over-clocked.
  • The AZZA Genesis, Galaxy graphics cards and Patriot RAM modules are not available in India.
@Jakob can help you with the shops in Lamington Rd.

You can get components from Primeabgb OR Theitwares,Mostly full rig will be available at primeabgb so go for that.

So you already ordered all this OR what?

I have already stated this very, very explicitly and I am doing so again --
  • THE CORE i3 / i5 and i7 PROCESSORS ARE NOT OVER-CLOCKABLE, TO OVER-CLOCK ANY INTEL PROCESSOR IT HAS TO HAVE A -k suffixed to its name, e.g., Core i5 3550 is not over-clockable but a Core i5 3570k is over-clockable.
  • I DOUBT THAT TIGERDIRECT.COM and PERFORMANCE-PCS.COM SHIP ANY PRODUCTS TO INDIA, EVEN IF THEY DO IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DoA, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SHIP IT BACK.
  • GALAXY TECHUS, AZZATECH and PATRIOT MEMORY HAVE NO PRESENCE IN THE INDIAN MARKET, THEY HAVE TO BE IMPORTED AND THUS THEY HAVE NO WARRANTY COVER IN INDIA.
If you are still in the mood to ship all this please go ahead.

Did you meant to say "They won't cover warranty in india"?

DoA -- Dead / Damaged on Arrival. Now you imported it from outside of India, so they carry no local warranty, you will have to bear the shipping charges to return it to "Country of origin" of the product to avail the warranty. Savvy.

Edited.

He want get Galaxy Tek graphics, AZZATECH cabinets OR Patriot Viper Memory modules from these guys.
