PC Clock Not Working, Any s/w suggestion

Hi guys,

I left my room leaving my lappy near the window couple of months back in my college. It started raining and got wet, although nothing much happened to the lappy but since then the clock in the system tray has stop updated itself :|

Have tried many times but of no use. Can i get any other software which can show time or if possible replace it. Just a small software to update and show proper time, nothing else needed..

What a strange issue, first check if the time changes under bios?
