History:
1. PC companion does not detect it.
2. Mount option doesn't appear.
3. Doesn't get detected as Drive.
4. Phone is detected by Media GO.
5. Phone can use Internet connection provided to laptop for syncing contacts.
P.S: All scenarios when connected via USB cable.
Pc companion is the latest version. OS is XP. Its a Dell Vostro lappie[New]. Had no problems with the old one[Sony Vaio SZ series]. Pls help. Need to update to 2.1 The phone was bought in India and being used in US for time being. Any suggestions ?
