I'm not sure where he found xbox controller for 2.3k. Because i'm pretty sure of 2 things.1 - Microsoft do not sell wired controllers now, 2 - I checked and couldn't find any Genuine Microsoft controller less than 6k. As you mentioned, the site looks like scam.

Not only that, he claimed Notepal U3 can be purchased new for 1.2k. I'm not sure if it is even sold in India anymore. So, i'm just gonna let mods take care of that claim-comment.
