Pc components for Hire

I have been thinking of hiring out basic pc components for hire ( like an lending library). What happens is when some ones ram, mobo, proccy psu dies and he/she sends foe rma.
They don't want to invest in new components nor can they wait till it comes back from rma.
I basically have one whole pc components as standby, so why not help members ( and myself by monetizing idle equipment)
 
Sounds interesting
As long as you can work out.
1) cost per month/week.
2) damage or other issues while rented out.
3 ) reliability of person renting.

The market for this idea might be quite small or rare tho i would guess
