well if you need any branded PC as your requirement then it ll cost arround 38000-40,000.
So go for Assembled PC.
Some Recent price i had gone thru in recent past mention bellow.
i think it ll help u for bargening at shop.
1. Inmtel core 2 duo processor ------ Rs. 8,500
2. Hi-End Mother board ( Intel chipset 945,065 ) ------ Rs. 5,500
3. 2 Gb RAM ( DDR2) Hynix ) ------ Rs. 1,250
4. 17" Colour Monitor Samsung ------ Rs. 4,500
5. 250 Gb HDD ------ Rs. 3,500
6. 256 MB graphics card ------ Rs. 8,000 ( Not Sure )
7. ATX cabinet Compaq slim ------ Rs. 1,600
8. Key board and Mouse ------ Rs. 1,000

hey.. heres a config u could work on :-
Proc: Q6600 : Rs 10500/-
Hdd: 250 Gb: 2700/-
2 gb ram (Transcend 667 mhz/ 800 mhz): 2000/- or 2700/-
Cabby: There is a cooler master cabby for like 2k and its pretty impressive.. maybe some here might be able to help u with the model no.
Motherboard: Intel (as u only want intel) Rs. 5500/-
PSU: I think there is an amigo psu for like 1.7k.. though ud have to confirm availability.
Graphics card: A 8600 would be good.. dont know the price though..
The current spec would cost u 25k+ graphics card.. although it exceeds ur budget marginally i feel its a no compromise spec and u should be happy with it.
