PC Dosent boot up - no POST

Hi
My Proccy fan is not running and neither is the PSU fan. It starts and the stops. I checked and found that my PSU is working fine. Removed all the cables and HDD cables and the RAM and re-conneted everything but still the same problem.


Can anyone help me please
My Config : GA-785-US2H , AMD Phenom X2 550 BE, Kingston DDR2 1 GB RAM

take out everything out from the cabby, place on a open table, only attach the monitor, KB and PSU and test.

Try to get a PSU from a friend/neighbor and test with it .

You first say that PSU fan is not running. Then, you say you checked PSU and it's working fine. How did you check it? Most likely, it's the PSU. Do a test like topgear suggested, or get your PSU checked.
