PC down with virus !!!

hey guys !!!
my system got a flu from an infected file ....
SYMPTOMS :
~ no task manager
~ no regedit
~ cpu is under stress (m saying this cuz i can my cpu cooler making noise)
~ run command is not working
~ my internet connection has become slow
I am really plz temme wat to do !?!?!

Dude do one thing..If ur internet is working than download Combofix and run it in safe mode and restart your pc.

If that does not solve the problem.

Download MalwareBytes and run it in safe mode and normal mode and reboot the pc.

If that does not resolve the problem do let me know..Will give you other solutions

After your system starts working fine again plz follow this, always scan any pen drive before opening it and if any virus is found delete it using your av and then dont open the pd but disconnect the pen drive from the pc and re insert it and scan once more to ensure if any virus is still remaining and then open to view the files.
