PC Exhaust - Is it the right way ?

usually side panel would suck air in , the CPU fan will further more pull that new fresh air onto the processor and the rear would work as an exhaust.......if u are blowing the hot air out in ur case , from where is the case getting fresh air from ? is there a front fan for intake ? if u want it to work that way , reverse the rear fans to suck air inside from the rear and the side fan will blow out hot air , would be interesting to see how that works , cause the side panel would move out air much faster than the rear pushing air in.....actually that would cause a drop in temp as of what i think , experts pls advise further 
Fundamentally the side is always used as an intake, because it serves both the graphics card and CPU.
Exception may be made if the CPU cooler is passive or ducted to the outside directly.
In the first case, airflow needs to be planned carefully. The rear may be used as an intake in such cases, as long as the power supply is bottom mounted.
In the second case, the side exhaust basically removes all heat buildup inside.
In all other cases, the exhaust side and the CPU will fight for air, creating poor airflow.
Also remember that cases with 'negative pressure' tend to build up dust really fast, and get muck in all sorts of crevices. It is possible that the temperatures are a few degrees lower with this sort of airflow, but 'positive pressure' cases are generally cleaner from the inside. They require their filters to be cleaned more often, but that is a small price to pay.

AFAIK all PSUs [like the powersafe ones] suck air from the cabinet and blow them out using a separate exhaust fan [like the Powersafe PSU itself] or through the exhaust vent [like the Corsair HX620];

Sorry, i made some directional errors in my first post
Checked and found below airflow directions :
1.Top loaded PSU (CM600)
sucks air from cabinet (into PSU) and exhaust thro its side ( ie where we connect power cable)
2. Rear 80mm fan (connected to cabinet)
exhaust - sucks air from cabinet and exhaust to outside
3. Will a CPU FAN (AMD) suck air and pass to heatsink below OR exhaust air out ?
Now what should be air-flow direction in the SIDE FAN that i have fitted
whether it should
BLOW Air into cabinet
or
SUCK air from inside cabinet and exhaust out of cabinet

dude processor needs proper cooling. So the AMD fan(cpu fan) takes the air from the cabinet and throws it to the heatsink thus cooling the processor. So the side panel fan should be intake which means fresh air for the cabinet and cpupcgamer said:
