pcgamer said:Now what should be air-flow direction in the SIDE FAN that i have fitted
whether it should
BLOW Air into cabinet
or
SUCK air from inside cabinet and exhaust out of cabinet
blow air into cabby for the last question...pcgamer said:Thanks for your replies
Sorry, i made some directional errors in my first post
Checked and found below airflow directions :
1.Top loaded PSU (CM600)
sucks air from cabinet (into PSU) and exhaust thro its side ( ie where we connect power cable)
2. Rear 80mm fan (connected to cabinet)
exhaust - sucks air from cabinet and exhaust to outside
3. Will a CPU FAN (AMD) suck air and pass to heatsink below OR exhaust air out ?
Now what should be air-flow direction in the SIDE FAN that i have fitted
whether it should
BLOW Air into cabinet
or
SUCK air from inside cabinet and exhaust out of cabinet
dude processor needs proper cooling. So the AMD fan(cpu fan) takes the air from the cabinet and throws it to the heatsink thus cooling the processor. So the side panel fan should be intake which means fresh air for the cabinet and cpupcgamer said:3. Will a CPU FAN (AMD) suck air and pass to heatsink below OR exhaust air out ?
