Much better if you g for following configuration ---

AMD Phenom IIx6 1055T ~ 8.5K

Gigabyte GMA 880 UD 2H OR M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 ~ 3.7K OR 6.5K

Corsair ValueRAM 1333MHz 2*4GB ~ 2.5K

Monitor BenQ G 2200HD OR Acer H 203H ( 20" ) ~ 7.5K OR 6K

HIS HD 5670 1GB OR Sapphire HD 4670 ~ 5.5K OR 3.5K

Cabinet NZXT Gamma ~ 2.1K + 500/- for two fans for air = 2.6K

Hardisk Seagate 1TB Barracuda 7200.10 ~ 1.7K

PSU FSP Saga II 350 W OR Gigabyte Superb 460W ~ 1.9K OR 2.2K

Hope this helps :).

-- Better get Windows 7 64-bit as you have 4GB RAM and if you hav 32-bit version you will not be able to fully utilize this amount due to OS limitations.

-- The AMD is a hexa-core, better for Programming and multi-threaded apps.

-- Don't skimp on PSU and go for some cheap local piece you'll regret it :cool2: so better to be safa and buy a reputable product that is safer and will run longer, same for the UPS < if you plan to buy>. Have a great RIG build.

This way u would be getting the latest processor in the block and a decent motherboard with USB 3.0 ports on board. But then it exceeds ur budget by quiet a bit :(

You can save ~1.5k by going for the Gigabyte GA-H67M-D2 ~5k(Mobo has only 2 RAM slots and no HDMI. But since u are getting a GPU that should be fine and go for a single 4GB stick instead of 2*2GB so that u can add one more 4GB stick in future if needed :P) + 4GB Corsair 1333MHz Value RAM (Single Stick) ~2.25k . But since u are going to keep the rig for a while i suggest spend 38-40k and go for the Sandy Bridge processor. Will last u for a long time to come :D

Alternate AMD option @35k will let u go for a 23"/24" monitor and since you watch HD movies it would come handy for you. Dont go for the 955BE/1055T. They have 125w TDP and since your system will be on 24*7 i would say better avoid it.
