I need to get Motherboard and processor only doesn’t matter intel amd
Budget is less the better. Under 15000
I have 6th gen G4400 and H110
CM350W psu
12 GB RAM
will reuse the RAM or if required then sell 4 GB and get one more 8 gb.
Requirements
AV1 play necessary
4K60 HDMI necessary
1 m.2 or if 2 then better
If I can get type C port then much better but not necessary
 
Haven't been keeping track of desktop hardware for quite some time now.

However, if you are looking for AV1 decode, then any 11th gen Intel or Ryzen 6000 series onwards support it. Assuming you have DDR4 RAM, you will have to make sure you don't go the DDR5-only route.

I think Pentium Gold 8500 series is the cheapest processor with an integrated GPU from the 12th gen that supports AV1, earlier versions have the older GPU. Otherwise go with an i3 from 11th to 13th gen which might make it tough to hit the budget with the equivalent budget motherboard.
