Budget 0-20k PC for Basic Usage

My uncle in Kolkata intends to upgrade his PC
Existing PC is 10 years old so everything has to go

He will be installing Win7
The main usage of PC is emailing & some stockmarket softwares & limited browsing

Can you recommend some VFM setup.
Please recommend good quality as he would like peace of mind for the next few years & is ready to pay a higher price.
The motherboard should be preferably with inbuilt graphics

The LCD monitor of 22" remains same.

Thanks for advising

I think I have already answered most of the details in the opening post.
Anyways some missing replies are
Budget below 20k
Will buy new online or from Kolkata market
Will not buy used
No games
No OCing
Resolution 1680x1020 or even lower will suffice
will use keyboard, LCD Monitor & DVD Rom from old setup

Should not require up gradation for the next few years even if he installs Win 8

I had in mind
CPU-Quad Core AMD or Intel
motherboard full atx with inbuilt graphics
RAM 1 X 4GB 1600 Mhz (or 2x4 )
HDD 500GB WD Blue
Win7 64 bit

Thanks for advising

@shravank30 here is what I suggest --

Intel Core i3 3220 ~7500/-
GIGABYTE-B75M-D3H ~4500/- (this is a µATX motherboard but supports all the outputs you need)
Corsair Vengeance 4GB x1 1600MHz ~1600/- (add more RAM later, if there is a need)
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 OR Western Digital Blue edition 500GB ~3500/-
HP (boxed) optical drive ~1000/-
Corsair CX v2430W ~2700/-
Cooler Master eLite 311 Plus ~2500/-
APC BR600VA-IN ~2000/-
LOGITECH MK200 wired desktop combo ~500/-
Windows 7 Home Premium (x64-bit license) O.E.M. ~4000/- OR boxed copy ~6000/-

Hope this helps, Cheerio!

I have a feeling that Matx boards are not sturdy

Thanks for advising

The board is sturdy and a real steal at its price, has all that your uncle will need plus a little extra muscle to push. Features front USB 3.0 and SATA III ports apart from HDMI and DVI outputs at the rear.

FSP Saga II 400W ~2100/- is also a good buy but you might need to search around for it.

Hope this helps, Cheerio!
